Get moving with Podcast Workouts

It’s great being about to workout anywhere, any time. This is why I’m podcasting workouts with Leith Festival. Every month, a new themed workout will be released in podcast form. That means you can listen (and save) workouts on Spotify, Google Podcast and Amazon Music.

Each workout is around five minutes long and is designed to be a bite-sized bit of movement for your day. Each workout is to original music composed by Andy Wright (a Griffen Fitness co-Director), so get ready to get moving. For me, the fun is coming up with a new concept each month, and coaching the listener on what to do without using visual cues. It’s workout not just for your ears, but your whole body!
