Everyday Fitness for Cycling workshop

Back in 2013 I was a founding Director of the Edinburgh Festival of Cycling and I’m pleased it’s still going strong. Each year I run a fitness workshop for EdFoC, and here is the 2024 offering:

Event Details

”You look after your bike, but do you look after its engine? Keeping fit in between bikes rides can help you become a better cyclist. Join Personal Trainer Tracy Griffen in her fitness studio for this informal and interactive workshop on simple things you can do in your daily routine to keep you in tip top shape for cycling.

Now in its 8th year, Tracy’s popular workshops have been a fixture on the EdFoC programme since the festival began. Covering core strength, stretching, injury prevention and developing mileage plus more… With a Q & A at the end.

Free healthy nibbles and Pure Leith mint tea provided. Book early as it does sell out!”

Tickets: £15

You can reserve your ticket through our contact form or email tracy@griffenfitness.com.
